If you have had any investigations performed such as blood or urine tests or X-rays, you can contact the surgery for the results on 020 3697 1760 after 11:00am. To maintain confidentiality, results are only given to the patient concerned. The administration staffs are not qualified to interpret results and will only tell you what has been authorised by the doctor. If you wish to discuss your result further, you will need to see or speak to the GP or Nurse who ordered the test. It is the responsibility of the patient to contact the practice for their results however doctors often contact patients by phone or SMS if there is a result require urgent action, therefore, it is important that you always update your contact details at the reception desk.

If your doctor has referred you for an ultrasound or MRI scan and you have not heard from the radiology department within a reasonable time (4-6 weeks), please contact the provider below to ensure you are on their system. You are welcome to check with our reception whether the referral has been made. If the referral has been sent by the GP, then it is best to try and chase the appointment directly than booking an appointment with the GP to inform them of the delay. For most hospital appointments, your GP has limited ability to bring them forward unfortunately.
